Elizabeth is one of the most historic neighborhoods in Charlotte. It was developed in the early 20th century and continues to be one of Charlotte's most popular neighborhoods. Elizabeth is located right by highway 277. Just minutes away is access to many of Charlotte's restaurants and shopping options. There are also a number of large parks within a few minutes of the neighborhood. One big attraction within 10 minutes of the neighborhood is the Bank of America Stadium, which is home to the Carolina Panthers.
The homes in Elizabeth are an average of 1600 square feet but there are homes with as many as 5000 square feet. Homes began being built in 1920 but there are homes that were built as recently as 2017.
